The owners Emma and John Birkin restored the building but kept many of its historic features, then turned it into a wedding venue that holds 40 -140 people.

This once grand stately home in Dartmoor National Park is now a striking and grand wedding venue overlooking 275 acres.
The ceremony can be held in the Summerhouse amongst the flowers, Portico on the South Terrace, or the grand rooms inside the hotel, and it can hold up to 150 guests.
