Ceropegia Woodii aka String of Hearts is an evergreen trailing vine-like succulent that is native to South Africa, Swaziland, and Zimbabwe.
Called such for a reason – String of Hearts have the most beautiful heart shaped leaves.
String of Hearts looks fantastic in a hanging basket as the stems and leaves love to cascade over the edge of the pot.
